We recently purchased two new Sea-Doos and a Smokey Mountain Edition Jeep through salesman Roger Graham. We could not be happier with the professionalism, the service and most of all the price! We actually had to drive 130 miles to Nashville, Illinois from where we live and it was the best decision we ever made reference a major buy. Update: went out there to exchange the vehicle because it can not be driven at night. Had to wait there for over hour and half, almost 2 hours instead of going on our vacation like we were supposed to be able to do, so that they could try to figure out what to do about the vehicle having no dash lights, instead of them giving us a different vehicle to drive so that we could go on our vacation. We had to turn back last night to begin with because of them. I had to take this vehicle to begin with because they could not order the parts they needed to when they needed to and then kept forgetting to put parts on the list. Don't take a job you can't handle.
I can't speak to the sales side of the house, but, the service folks are awesome. They've never played games with me, and they have always taken care of my wife and I.
This place is horrible!! Worst service i have ever had in my life!! Got a truck from there just the other day, oil, air filter, and other fluids were not changed, and some were reset so it looked it like it was changed but wasn't. Truck wasnt cleaned out or washed, smelled like cigarettes really really bad. They tried lying to us saying it was never smoked in, when clearly you can tell. Truck was returned this morning and they were told night before, and they had the cops present. What losers. Also spread the word already on how bad this place is, alot of people will never go there or even bother looking at the website. Nothing but worthless retards working here.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. I will not return to this business
Update: they finally gave me a vehicle to drive after telling me there was going to be another delay on their part and I demanded they give me a loaner car, cause they still don't have my truck done, they are now telling me it's going to be next week sometime? What ever day that means, that my truck will be done cause they forgot to put parts on the order list twice now.
I was told they would look at my truck on Tuesday they didn't even look at it till the following day. They told me it would be completed by Monday, it's now Thursday of the following week and I still don't have my truck. They didn't offer me a loaner car or anything during this period and they won't return my phone calls like they say they will. I had to keep calling and harassing them to get any information about my vehicle. I've needed a vehicle now for OVER a week and still don't have it. I will not do service with this company again. This is beyond ridiculous.
The loaner car they gave me had no dash lights at all. We were driving to our vacation spot when it started to get dark is how i figured this out. We had to turn around, there is no way to get to our destination without night driving and still make it in time. I'm beyond hot at this point. Driving home out on the highway with my kid in the car not being able to see your speed or anything on your dash is not safe at all.
