Good experience with the order. Check your receipts, they slip in a $9.99 set up charge on each device you get. Keep in mind Verizon will be putting a charge of $30 on your bill for activation/set up expenses, exactly how Verizon explains the charge. Was not told about the extra charges or Verizon will be adding a $30 charge on your next bill. Should disclose the extra charges before sale is complete. The $10 charge is a wireless world charge.
