I'm conflicted here because of a bad experience I had from a specific employee. I am a regular shopper here and usually find what I need and want.

7 local mgmnt is Vastly improved over several yrs ago.
It was not appropriate or professional at all. I myself have a different outlook on some of the people working here. Not cool HyVee... not cool! Although it was one employee, she represents you and your company, and is not doing a very good job of it!
Friendly service. Good variety. Generally not enough checkers working, can take a while to get back out of the store.
1.The managers are generally very supportive of the workers and friendly & responsive to customers needs
Staff is friendly, store is clean, they are limited but try to get you what you are needing. They offer home delivery with a 24 hour in advance order.
2.The store is well lit, roomy and clean.
I had my sleeping grandson in my arms, the lady at the deli got my meat and cheese and put it in my basket, then asked if I needed anything else. She was kind enough to help me get bread and carried my basket to the register and requested assistance for me to my vehicle. Thank you very much

5. Need to FIX THE WI FI. weeks ago!
While most employees are very helpful and friendly, which I greatly appreciate... one specific employee blatantly refused to serve me and my family, on Thanksgiving day no less, and verbally said she would absolutely not help us, to another employee, loud enough for us to hear it.
